New NGO version (v1.1) of their Optimized ATI Drivers.

ATI Optimized Driver V1.1 has been released

* Based on Catalyst 4.4 with the ATI Gamma Fix
*** 3DNow! and SSE is now Enabled on OpenGL (more FPS rate and performence) ***
* Patched OpenGL Driver
* Removed the WDM files from the installer
