Okay a few problems you may have - IP caching.

Try rebooting your PC or Click on start menu - then run - then type 'cmd' press enter then enter the following command - 'ipconfig /flushdns'.

If you ISP is caching the IP then you will need to edit the 'hosts' file located under c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc.

The IP you need is 82.148.229.130
